When developing the 2022 annual strategy, we knew we wanted to spend a significant portion of the year creating value, and we received unwavering support from the entire padthai team in this endeavor. This is how the talk series came to life, focusing on the importance of self-awareness, perfectly aligning with the lifestyle promoted by padthai wokbar: an oasis amidst the urban noise, where not only high-quality food but also thought-provoking experiences await guests.
After the success of the 2022 series, we continued the event series in 2023 with a new theme, #foreveryoung – let’s stay forever young and preserve the childlike enthusiasm and curiosity within us. The 2022 season of PADTALK featured renowned speakers such as Pál Feri, Dr. Kitti Almási, and Anna Ott & Sára Wertán, who highlighted the importance of self-awareness and mindfulness through their unique and thought-provoking presentations. Each event was sold out and was a great success among both the audience and the speakers.
In 2023, under the concept of #foreveryoung, many more inspiring personalities continued the series, including Dzsúdló and Lil Frakk, who opened the season by discussing the preservation of youthfulness and values that connect generations. Following this, Márkó Linczényi and Barna Turai guided the audience through the maze of challenges related to youth and growing up, while Iván Vitáris and Bálint Simon, frontman and drummer of the band Ivan & The Parazol, shared their personal stories and thoughts on experiencing and preserving youth. The presentations were moderated by Sára Fábián, founder of Amigos for Children, who, with her youthful and dynamic style, created a great atmosphere and successfully engaged the audience in interactive discussions.
During the PADTALK events, the padthai wokbar Corvin restaurant was completely transformed into a unique venue that provided a fitting backdrop for the conversations. At the end of each talk, participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers, ensuring interactivity and personal engagement. The audience was very diverse, ranging from young people to those in their 70s, with everyone finding topics of interest.
Our agency played a comprehensive role in the project, from the initial brainstorming to execution, being involved in every detail. Our tasks included developing the concept of the talks, selecting speakers and moderators, as well as coordinating the entire event series. The PADTALK series was a tremendous success among both participants and speakers. After receiving positive feedback and hosting sold-out events, we are planning to introduce new concepts and locations in the future to bring the unique spirit of padthai wokbar to an even broader audience.
